To ensure safe shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled. We include a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step video guide to help you finish the assembly in under 30 minutes.
What is your return policy for equipment?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer professional maintenance services?
While we are an online store, we partner with local bike shops nationwide to provide certified maintenance and repair services for all Qlife models.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Qlife bike is backed by a 2-year limited warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on components and electrical parts against manufacturing defects.
