At Qlife Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned gear must be in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging and components.

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring that all tools, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
